Coaching is more performance driven, designed to improve the current level of satisfaction in a certain area (or areas) of your life. Mentoring is more development driven, with storytelling from previous experience of both what worked and didn’t work as a more holistic approach to uncovering what is truly important to you in how you show up in the world. Therapy is practiced by licensed professionals. I do not offer therapy and will refer you to seek out a licensed therapist if it is necessary.
How is coaching different from other services like therapy and mentorship?
Never had a coach–Absolutely! If you are willing to be vulnerable and do the work, there is so much more waiting for you to uncover.

What’s the investment for working with you?
I have a plethora of life experience and I wear a lot of hats- Coach, Mentor, Devil's Advocate, Mom. I bring all of these perspectives into my coaching practice and I'll always ask you when I want to shift from one to the other. We’ll meet weekly and during that time I’ll ask you powerful questions, check in on what’s occurred since we last spoke and where you are right now. During our time together, we’ll dig deep and uncover what is asking to be discovered, created and actioned (homework!) next.
